Long-distance move from Akron, OH to Deland, FL

Beware This is a Scam.

This company quoted us for 1/2 what we actually had. When the driver showed up he gave us an inflated total and said that he really liked us so if we gave him $500 in cash he would lower the price $1,000. Then the company told us that they were behind and could not deliver on the requested date (7 days after pick-up) but they would be there the next morning. We never got a call or email. We called in about 25 times and were sent to VM on each extension. It is now 4 days later, about 30 calls and an email later and nothing from them. We are filing a police report and contacting the BBB and all governing agencies in the morning. This company is a scam! Do not use this company! We have no idea if we will ever see our belongings again. They obviously are sending us to VM and avoiding us, when we called to get service or with questions they answered every time.
